I would look for other 2.4 GHz interference in this case:

- cordless digital phones (as mentioned by sirozha) - maybe not even yours 
remember - do you live in an apartment or near other houses?
- microwave (except your interference seems constant)
- halogen lighting (the transformers can wreak havoc with wi-fi!)

Try changing to Channel 1, then 11...report back.
