It worked for me like every other Firefox extension -
it's an .XPI file, which actually can be opened in
some file decompressors, incidentally.

But you don't have to open it in a file decompression
program.  If you open it with FF it should
automatically install.  You can also just
drag-and-drop it in the extensions window to install
it.
