Actually, I'd much rather the database did remain case sensitive, thank you very much! And yes, the answer is "fix your tags" :)
However, if you do want to register an enhancement request, posting a message here won't do it... you need to enter it into bugzilla yourself (only takes a moment). Then other people will have a chance to register agreement or otherwise...
