Why? It works in the production version (6.2.2) so there are no "broken
promises" going on. Assuming it will be fixed in 6.3 before that version
is blessed, then the order of fixing should be determined by how many
people are being affected in the meantime. Voting is the best way of
determining that, plus it allows you to distinguish between the many
"super high priority" bugs.
