I am seeing a similar problem. When I run the debug option for plugins
this is what I see when I select SIRIUS from the Internet Radio menu:

I am running the official rpm of 6.5.0, previously I was running the
nighlty version SlimServer_6.5_v2006-09-08.noarch.rpm and know that the
current version of the plugin worked with that. So it either is that
Sirius changed and broke the plugin or that something introduced in the
run up to the offical 6.5.0 has broken the plugin. If sirus has not
changed and I get a chance, I will try to roll back through SVN to see
at which point the plugin breaks.
If you need any additional info or would like a fix tested let me
know.
