You don't mention what you've done, so I'll start with the obvious. (1) Do a complete clear and rescan of your music library. (2) Force your browser to clear its cache. (3) If that doesn't work, try trashing the database cache file to make sure it starts fresh. I haven't had to do this yet on 6.5, so I'm not sure what the name of the relvant file is in 6.5.
