California sounds good. It's not stopped raining here for weeks. I could do with some sun. But back to my point. I understand what your saying but SD is no longer a little company, they have logitech behind them. If you market to the world then you should offer support. I don't expect SD to set up dedicated repair centres. Use existing companies and licence.
