I am having exactly the same problems. I got two SqueezeBoxes in February. Everything was working beautifully. Now in the last couple of months I have been having dropped connections to Internet Radio stations and the same "waking up problems" described above. I am now using 6.5.1, but I am not sure it has helped these problems any.
