I'm running Vista, and indeed lost my settings. It was a bit of a pain, as I didn't realize I'd lose everything. I would have written some things down. Will this happen everytime I upgrade from now on? MickeyG;203793 Wrote: > I don't know what was done to "clear everything". Here's a procedure > that Support uses to do that on Windows. I did exactly as described above. Had no trouble deleating the items. Unfortunately, I have the same problem after a clear and rescan. Not every album has duplicated tracks, but there is no rhyme or reason as to which have the duplicates. At least 1/2 of the albums are affected. The funny thing is that some albums that were fine (no duplicates) before this last troubleshooting adventure now have duplicates!
