Hey Barry, I read your post with interest as it's the same path I went
down a couple of weeks ago.  Seemed no matter what I did it just didn't
categorise the way I wanted it to.  However, having read erland's

- I wondered if I had inserted a space before/after the ";" so I tried
it again... and it works fine.  I can confirm that you must have the
"Multiple items in tags" server setting in place, otherwise the tagged
songs get a "genreA;genreB" genre instead of being listed seperately
under "genreA" & "genreB".

I'm using server v6.5.3, and FLAC.
