In the current version, in Firefox on a Mac OS 10.4.9 (other info about my system in my sig) the track title rarely updates on its own, usually only when I click on it. So like this, not much better than clicking on the tab for my full browser interface, but I really like the idea, haven't uninstalled it yet, and eagerly await your new version.
