I'm still experiencing a problem I've had for a while whereby the SB3 doesn't always respond to the remote. It will sometimes go down 3 or 4 menu levels and then not respond for another 30 seconds. I've replaced the remote batteries and I'm sure it's not waiting for the server to bring the disks up to speed.
Could it be the remote itself that's not playing? The device seems to come in for universal condemnation in these forums. It's got to the stage where nobody else has the patience to use it and I'm thinking of going to a media-centre type PC instead.
