Why not get the small powered speakers like the ones from Audioengine (they have a power outlet on the back for an Airport Express, probably SB PS fits to) and build a carry box for them and the SB? Just make the carry box so that SB is fixed and the speakers are easily snapped out of the holder, fixed speakers probably give some vibrations.
