While it is certainly possible, it is highly improbable that 2 SB3's would fail independently and simultaneously. It is much more likely that there is some other root cause of the problem (electrical issues, computer/network problems, etc.). Best of luck getting it sorted out. P.S. I guess I should have read until the end of the thread before posting, as you seem to have figured it out already.
