Interesting - I had also assumed it was just an SC7 issue. Two things to mention: I'm currently running SC7 on a virtual machine, which may have something to do with it. Also, the VM is running XP Home (rather than XP Pro which is my normal OS).
I'll play around a bit more to see if either of these two have something to do with it.
