That seems to be a good spec. It's been a while since I looked at the source of the wav2input application but it hooks into the Windows sound system and asks Windows for a copy of the sound stream that will be output to systems that sends sounds to the speakers.
I'm not sure what happens with a high spec output systems - perhaps that is part of the problem. The wav2input was intended as a workaround for internet sources which could not be handled by Slimserver (e.g. flashaudio streams) and in general these streamed source would not be high quality. Use wav2input as your main audio source probably does not do justic to Transporter or your audio files. -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=42077 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
