You mean you have to go from USB to RCA Coax? There are a number of devices that will do that, including the Hagerman HagUSB:
http://www.hagtech.com/hagusb.html They also do a USB to AES/EBU version. I don't know about Mac, but the HagUSB will set up automatically in XP.
