It will depend upon what the USB port on the amp is there for. If it is there to plug a memory stick in then it is intended to read files so you won't be able to take a stream since it will expect to see a particular disk structure and file operating system.
On the other hand if it is intended to take an audio stream then it will either come with a driver disk or it will be able to use drivers already included in PC operating system.
