If you are really paranoid: WPA-PSK: use a password consisting of acronyms and numbers that only have meaning to yourself. Randomly replace certain characters with symbols (i.e. @ for A, or ! for i)
SSID: do not broadcast MAC: only allow the MAC addresses of your devices to access your wireless network The SSID and MAC may add additional security, but by themselves they are not adequate. you do need the WPA encryption.
