If you're looking for random set of letters you can remember, I'd suggest using what the spooks used to call a "book code". Go through your favorite books, find a sentence that's really memorable, then just use the first character of each word in the sentence - so "it was a dark and rainy night" becomes "iwadarn", hmm... that one's got a word in it, so bad example, but hopefully you get the idea.
If you've got anything that truly needs to be private, don't leave it somewhere where someone breaking into your wireless will expose it. Steve Gibson is a very talented security amateur who sometimes overreacts, but if he's wound up about something, it's at least figuring what's up. IMHO he was right about the Win implementation of uPNP. -- bobkoure ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bobkoure's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14646 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=44054 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
