Not a good idea, you're adding an extra wireless hop which can affect performance. If you install SC on the NV (when it's available) it's purported to be very slow. It would be best to try to get SC working on the Vista PC, or just dig out/buy an old clunker PC which you can hide in a closet - install Linux then SC.
