Its even more impossble than snarly hints.

Think of the folklore that Eskimo's have 500 words for snow, while folks 
in Atlanda GA have two.

If you look at the ID3 spec for genres, you can tell that the folks who 
invented them were all in their early 20s and didn't listen to jazz or 
"classical"

The library guys talk about "faceted controlled vocabulary"
and still they argue for months.
