While we would very much like to have it work "out of the box" the reality of networking is that there are differences--sometimes significant--between routers and devices. We simply can't provide a guarantee that it will work in every single situation. We do our best to test as mnay configurations as possible, and certainly the most common ones, but even that won't predict all possible problems. We are trying to gather as much information as possible, and are actively working on the problem. As Richard said, we've not been able to reproduce some of these problems in our facilities making it harder to find and fix. We have been making progress and will keep at it. Please continue to provide feedback as to what works and what doesn't so we can try to address the problem. There's a new firmware build available and we'd appreciate it if you could test it out.
