Overall I'm pleased with the Controller and have no regret whatsoever in buying one. If I'm being fussy I would say that it is sometimes hard to move one line up or down with the control wheel but I'm getting used to the action. I would also like an improved wol capability which works even if the unit has been turned off for any reason.
With regard to scratches on the front face, I really don't know what people are doing with their units to get these - sliding it face down across the table? I'm not particulary careful with mine but I do ensure it's face up when I put it down. Not noticed a single scratch on the face after a months intensive use.
