It seems to me that the SBC definitely has a problem. My beta test hardware works fine but the final product won't stay connected beyond about 15 feet from the router, and this is supposed to be an improvement in range over the beta test hardware. Both units are running the same software version.
There is a real hardware problem here that needs to be fixed.
