check out this thread. there are a number of folks having scanning issues. I *think* many are running mac as well. I think if you wade through this there is a nightly build that corrects a scanning problem...hopefully yours. http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48453 I have a library of about 500 mp3's. I've not played them all thru the duet but one in particular would not play...it was all garbled though it played from windows media player. I deleted the file and re-ripped it and the song played over the duet.
