Ok - quick update. I changed my SSID - and set up Squeezebox with the new id etc - and reset the network on the PC.
So far..................................it seems to be working!! :-) I've listened to 2 tracks straight through and no stuttering. I hope it continues! Thank you very much. I do appreciate your replies.
