I just installed the new version of SC. What a pain! First, I couldn't get web access, no matter what I tried. I finally called support center and was advised to do a clean install. Of course that wiped out all my plugins and settings; artwork, everything. Now it's scanning my music files ( over 25,000 songs) Then I had to re-register and go through the start up process with my SB3 and duet controller. This is crazy! There must be a better way to do this with out going thru this hassle. has anyone else been through this? I'd love to hear your experience
