My understanding is that it is still under going review and revisions and how best to incorporate it into the current repository. The discussion on the PR seem to be in favor of the idea of using the zip file to pre-populate a directory structure to teach. Just a matter of refinements before it is finalized and officially merged (someone correct me if if i'm wrong here..). The PR was created 9 days ago, and i think a little more field testing is needed before it is finalized.
