Dear colleagues,
A workshop next month is using machines on which the users don't have admin access. As far as I can tell, that means that if there are any installation issues that we can't anticipate, they'll be stuck. Do you have any experience of similar circumstances, or any advice on how to proceed in this situation? Use a VM, perhaps?
