I think you need to use the SWC windows installer ( https://github.com/swcarpentry/windows-installer/releases/download/v0.3/SWCarpentryInstaller.exe) That will give you nano and sqlite3 for windows. However the last time I ran a workshop (2 weeks ago) it only worked about 40% of the time, and I could never figure out why.
