Huh, I had the exact opposite experience last week at the Allen institute. The issue mostly seemed to be with setting up correct paths (if I had to guess). A problem we had was that the bugs arose in the middle of teaching and so everyone scrambled to just get a fix (manually setting paths for people) and no one had time to actually track down the bug. I think if anyone teaching in the future could take the time to do that it would be beneficial. We could either a fix the bugs (if there actually are any) or provide clarity of instructions to learners and instructors. Either way it seems there's an issue out there.
