Dear all, I met Bagus Tris Atmaja (copied on the email) in a discussion session this past week. Bagus is from Indonesia but currently in Japan at the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
Bagus is very keen to see more workshops in South East Asia and specifically, to start off with, at their institution where he is a faculty member. I thought that there might be a chance someone on the discuss list had an idea of how we can support Bagus. Maybe if an instructor is traveling through Japan this year, making a small detour to co-teach a workshop? Maybe someone knows other instructors/champions in the area with whom we could connect Bagus? Any support would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to reach out to Bagus directly.
