Hi, I'm looking at possibly using rsync.net for production backups for a customer of mine. Everything I read on their site sounds good but, I'd like to hear if anybody has any horror story with them, or if people can confirm that it works as advertised.
I'd like to also hear about alternatives I should look at, even if they're not exactly the same, the idea is remote backup using the rsync protocol (I've already looked at S3 itself and s3rsync.com, would like to hear about more similar services).
