Don't know about the other two, but I've used rsync.net for a number of years now and I'm very satisfied with their service. It works as advertised and I've never touched it since I've set it up. Looking at prices at those other two sites you listed, its seems that I could find better prices elsewhere, but since my setup works, I am reluctant to touch it. Perhaps if I need a large amount of space in the future, I may consider a cheaper alternative.
