I have to agree. You're trying to solve a problem that can't be solved with technology, it can only be solved with parenting. Because, at the end of the day, the child in question can simply go to school and use the school computer's browser to fire up some gmail account that you don't know anything about. If we've learned anything from the "child internet protection" racket -- and it is a racket -- over the years, it's this : the kids will always figure out how to circumvent the technological limitation you've placed on them, nine times out of ten, before you've even finished implementing it.
