I suspect Dropbox could work well, if you don't mind all that data "in the
cloud"
Otherwise, if you can repurpose a server, OpenFiler appears to provide a
unified way to serve storage using all the protocols you've said you need.

It has a virtual appliance you can use for testing, I think it'd be worth
your time to look at
