permissions after updating

Folks, especially those new to the Mac, don't forget to verify and repair 
disk permissions before and after updating to 10.4.4. You won't have to 
reboot after the first verification and repair but you'll have to reboot 
after updating. Don't forget: it's not enough to just repair permissions, 
you have to verify and then repair. I personally noticed VoiceOver running 
more smoothly after the process.
