Scott and all,
Things seem to have changed. Attempting to follow my memory and then
help, I found no resolution. I clicked preview though and when to
save as under file and got a pdf option.

is, I find two unknowns and one appears to be nothing, the other is a
way to preview, cancel, or print the job. I think that is what I'm
looking for and someone explained how to get to a menu that would let
you do a "save as" for pdf and other such items.
