Hi all. I am asking this question on behalf of a friend. I think I
know the answer already, but want to verify my facts before I give
him a definite yes or no. So, here goes. Is there any way of
assigning multiple output devices for audio on the Mac at one time?
Ibn other words, what he wants to do is to have VO's output directed
to one device, and all other sound output to another. I don't think
it's possible, but then again someone more experienced may know
otherwise. He has a G4 PowerBook, and would also like to know what
the ports on the lefthand-side of the machine are. Does the
PowerBook have an in-built microphone, for instance? I don't believe
it has - but if anybody could confirm that it would be appreciated.
