Just had to go up and down with the scroll bar a few times and it
finally worked. Sorry that sounds like a really lame fix, but I tell
you that is how I ended up getting out of this situation. The
installer is a real bummer and I can't honestly recall how the demo
worked for the install, but I believe it was the same.

Scott, How did you solve your issue?

I know there is some stuff in library and you'll have to poke
around in the folders. I did install from scratch when I did the
reinstall of my os and I still had the problem so I don't think
that is your problem.

I did try the demo, so I wonder if that could be the problem. Do
you happen to know where Iris stores its support files? I've
already removed the demo application itself. But no matter what I
do with this installer, the only things I can see with VO are the
scroll bar, the go back, save and print buttons, and a dimmed
continue button. Even if I try interacting with the scroll bar,
then clicking one of the other buttons, nothing whatsoever
happens, and there is no text visible on the screen at all. Looks
like an inaccessible installer for sure. But the demo did not
behave in this way. Therefore, what they're distributing as a
demo isn't really a demo for us, because when you buy it it's
different.

Hi gordon and all,
This sounds liike a probblem I had with another installer. I
ended up having to make certain that all vestiges of the app were
removed from my system before I could proceed.
