You might also want to check the box in navigation in vo utility for  
speaking text under mouse after delay and announcing when mouse  
enters a window (only the second might actually be needed but both  
won't hurt). Ordinarily you probably wouldn't want to hear all that  
but doing so will enable you to hear where the mouse is going when  
you play whith the mouse keys.
