Hey if you people purchase a scanner and it happens to come with Omni
Page lite or some other scanning program, you may very well be
eligible to get a competative upgrade which will save you a serious
tun of cash.
Might want to check this out and I don't believe it matters which
version of the software or if its Mac vs windows.

I'm using OmniPage Pro on my iMac, which is running Mac OS X
10.4.3. Don't
use all the VO commands to navigate. But I don't seem to have any
major
problems.
By the way I upgraded to OmniPage Pro from the SE version that came
with the
CnaoScan Scanner.
