Don't bother sending it to [EMAIL PROTECTED], it is better if you get an online ADC membership and submit it that way. It gets to the engineers and you generally get feedback. Please consider this route, its easy and free.

I'd just like to make a further comment on the Backspace key issue that allot of us are experiencing in Apple Mail thanks to the latest update of OS10 Tiger.

Now, whilst I can get my head around this problem and its an annoyance, it affectively is one reason why I may hesitate to recommend the Mac to anyone, this really is a problem for the uninitiated and you can easily lose track of what you're doing if you're not concentrating.
