I completely agre Scott,

I do think that using MSN is easier in Windows than using Fire on the Mac, but all in all I like the Mac. By the way, do you have Skype up and running yet, and if so what is your skype name?

Ah, yes, well I have to say I'e completely gone to the Mac here at home. I don't even have a windows box in this house any longer. I will be the first to admit that there are some things that are considerably easier on windows as far as using a browser and I'm not talking about IE, but Safari does a pretty good job in most situations. I honestly think we'll see progress over time and Safari and VO both will improve. Well I guess I should say all these apps will improve with time. Of course any time we provide feedback only helps. I am sure they try hard to test every situation and so forth, but we all know its not possible to do so.

Ok well to be fair, I've fallen into the trap that another list member fell into yesterday that being I didn't think before I opened my big mouth.

To tell you all the truth, the Windows PC gets very little use these days as I'm finding that I'm migrating more and more of my computer tasks to the Mac. The PC is still better for some things but (when I look at it) I'm surprised just how many applications I'm running on the mac, and how much better performance I get out of the Mac for many things such as playing audio files, leaves windows for dead and the same with Internet audio, just throws windows clean away. Of course, I plan to get further involved in LINUX and I think that my Mac may be a huge help here, naturally anyone who has an opinion on this last statement please come forward as I know as much about LINUX as what's going to appear free in the next purchased box of breakfast cereal <smile>
