Command J will bring up a dialog boxwhere you can type in minutes and 
secconds. When you firstget  into the dialog, itshows where you currently 
are. However, it shows it in seconds rather than minutes and seconds. I wish 
it would show the latter, because it would be very easy to figure out where 
you need to come back to when you resume listening. Maybe  I can email them 
on that.
