I'm going to take a stab here, but I suspect and these are only assumptions on my part. first I wonder how much documentation they actually read before taking off, I'm hoping some at least and will assume they did. The documentation available doesn't cover all the possible situation in which you'd use this or that method of navigating or that you should disable cursor tracking for this or that task etc. I think it wouldn't hurt for Apple to reach out perhaps a bit more to not just the disabled community, but those who provide assistance/ service, etc.

Also I don't understand what they are talking about the keyboard interface. Once you get used to pressing control and option, its really not that different. Granted, I haven't tried the address book application or the callendar.
