Anyway, so-called right clicking (there is really no such thing in OS
X, the term stems from broken Windows thinking) is actually invoking
the contextual menu.

The VO equivalent is Control-Option-Shift-M.

This does point out one of the weakness associated with the VO
modifier keys and command. If VO-space bar is click (it is not),
then, since Control-click invokes the contextual mouse menu, one would
reasonably expect that Control-VO-space bar would be the so-called
right click.

Likewise, it is reasonable to expect that other modifier keys could be
added to the VO mouse click sequence, since modifier keys are
frequently added to mouse clicking. Unfortunately Shift-VO-click and
Option-VO-click are not possible either.

If you are not on a laptop, Mouse Keys might be convenient for
clicking. Mouse Keys click is compatible with the usual modifier
keys. If you are on a laptop, the trackpad button is convenient.

This would be a good subject for an article in the wiki.
