how do you listen to the archived programs from the bbc with vo and safari

hi all. i was wondering how to do this? i can get the live streams to  
play. when i go to the listen again links for say bbc 7 and look in  
the schedule for say last friday and i then hit enter on another link  
saying listen again, i can't seem to get it to play. i just get taken  
to the page for the program itself, nothing plays. am i just going to  
the wrong links? has anyone tired this feature on the bbc sites?  
thanks for any help. btw i do have realplayer 10 installed for the mac.
