LOL. Thanks. I thought your explanation was actually very good as
well, though. *grin*

*grin* Hi Josh. I see we hopped on the same issue....except you
managed to be more elegant and concise than me. :)

Hi James,
what you need to understand is that it isn't VoiceOver that's going
to make other applications more accessible, but the other
applications which need to take advantage of updated technology in
Mac, like Cocoa. It is a transitional process. As developers catch
up with Cocoa, more applications will be usable with VoiceOver. It's
sort of like the use of MSAA in Windows. It took a while, bu tmore
applications are starting to use those features. ITunes, for
example, is still a bit behind the times, but once it has a major
overhaul, I expect it'll work well with VoiceOver.

Hi folks,
Well I've got to say that personally for me, there is more to Voice
Over han just the clarity of its speech. I am extremely interested
in the Braille support, as well as the new navigation features but I
read nothing of application support etc. Does anyone know if this
will be included?
Also, will Leopard 10.5 be issued on a CD to be bought at Apple
retailers world-wide, or will it be a software download? Personally,
I hope its a Cd.
I hope that the new Voice over will run more smoothly with
applications, with fewer busy situations, an the need in Mail to
swich off and then switch on Voice Over to be able to rite an E Mail.
But still, i although I would like to se bug fixes and Voice over
integration with applications improve, the prospects for the new
release sem very good.
Let's hope so.
Best Wishes
James
